Hi I've come across a heating system that has 2x 15mm pipes off a 22mm pipe just below the F&E tank. One is a cold feed, the other is the expansion,(which should be 22mm) I need to do a report and would be grateful of your views as to whether this is actually dangerous or just not to standard. (as PRV's on sealed systems are in 15mm I'm not convinced it is dangerous) Thankyou

It can be,

If you got a 15mm or 22mm feed into the tanks, the vent needs to be large enough to cope with the flow of water passing through in the event of a problem.
