15W Lamp LED Equivalent

Does anyone know of a LED BC/E14 lamp *bulb* that is similar to that of a 15W Pygmy lamp?

Even the smallest LED lamp I can find is around 3W and is comparable to to a 30W incandescent lamp.

It's only the brightness that is compared. It won't matter for anything else. Ten times is optimistic.
