Do any of you guys know off hand when the last amendment to the 16th was and possibly what it was?

March 2004 rings a bell, but don't know if this was the last amendment or what it was.....
Yup, Amendment no 2 was added in March 2004. Mostly to do with harmonization of core colours. Also some editorial stuff on ESQCR regs.
