Hi,

I am trying to re-wire a 2 gang switch which is causing me a problem. One switch is to control the bathroom light and the other is to control the kitchen light.

At the moment there is one red wire to L1 at the top, a small blue wire from COM to COM. There is also a grey casing containing earth, another red wire (which is wired to L2 at the bottom) and a black wire (which is wired to L1 at the bottom).

I know this is incorrect as the current set-up means of the switches will turn the light on and the other switch alternates between the two lights.

Can anyone help, this is causing me a nightmare!!

Thanks.
