yes by using tapered edge boards, tape, fill and sand

You don't have to plaster plasterboard.Once it's on a wall, you can do what you like with it.You can tape it,plaster it or just paint it as it is.Depends how you want it to look. Most people would at least tape it.

In answer to your second question, colour of sand for concrete/cement finish? Doesn't really matter,as long as it's the same colour throughout the job, especially for cement render, pointing etc.

Hi, the plaster board thing, is just something i need to sort out for a temporary structure, Dont really want to go to all the hassle of plastering over it, but i need it to look tidy. I will filler over the screws, can this be done on the joints too, or should I just tape them and paint over tape?

Im going for a clean cheap and cheafull look, and i have to put it all together in about 4 days... that timber frame, plasterboarded and painted... the box size is going to be a 10mx10m suare, so plenty of boarding.

As for the Mortar mix, ive seen that many shades, and just interested to know if the colour depends on the sand? or can addatives be put in the mix to change the mortar colour??? someone did tell me that a Yellow sand gives a more Grey colour to the mortar....???

If you put gyproc joint filler over the screw-heads,and then put a tape down each joint in the plasterboard, again using the joint filler, this will give you a decent enough job to paint if you are pushed for time.Normally, the tapes on the joints and the nailheads, once filled, would be finished off with joint finish and then sanded down.To be honest, and I say this to people on jobs, there is more hassle with taping, than plastering. With plastering, it's all over in one go,with no sanding down.(or there shouldn't be).It might take a little longer to dry out that's all.
Again, referring back to your query on colours of sand. There are different colours and it probably depends on the area where it is quarried. But I think you are talking about colour that can be added to mortar, to give it a specific colour. You can buy different colour powder dyes from builders merchants.Regarding your last point,I don't know whether yellow sand gives mortar a more grey colour, maybe.Perhaps someone else will know.
