20amp switch with neon light - help!

If the neon is randomly lighting up, could be a duff switch, bad connection, or the supply is on an off peak supply...
... or a dodgy neon. I can't quite see how an off peak supply could cause random on/offs - most likley to be just one on and one off per day.

Kind Regards, John

Then forget about it and pretend you have a switch with no neon.
I wouldn't personally be very happy to do that. A 'sporadically lighted' neon could be the consequence of a dodgy switch or a very poor connection somewhere, neither of which I would really want to be living with.
