3 zone smart thermostat

I’ve used the tado previously and it works great. Problem is that it’s only 2 zone, I need 3. 2 heating and one water.
Is there anything out there that can do this?
Not interested in radiator thermostats.

not sure it’s compatible with my boiler according to their product selector. I’ve a gas vailant with gravity fed tanks. If I’ve selected the correct setup on the selector the wiser isn’t supported: https://wiser.draytoncontrols.co.uk/pages/product-selector

I only have one thermostat for the two heating zones. This looks to supply two thermostats

You can use one thermostat but that effectively means the two zones will become one. And if you do that you can use any smart thermostat like Hive etc.

You seem to have two zones with one thermostat. Can you switch them on independently? Do they heat different floors/parts of the house?
