3m maintenance free dust mask,anyone used/got one

Ive read mised reports about people using them for a year and people saying they have to be used within one month?

They are disposable.

"Maintenance free" is just to get around the COSHH regs and the need to check masks regularly

They wont last for ever, certainly not for a year of use - check the manufacturers guide - they may be one use only, or so many hours exposure.

But they work well. A bit heavy and you have to breathe harder - but thats probably subjective. You need to try one yourself really

Thanks woody,,ill give one a try,,i looked on the 3m site but couldn't really find anything on them.

There is a few on ebay which ive had mixed reponse on the lengh of use on them.
