40mm waste for sink

I have a stone cob wall to go through but not sure what bit to buy or hire

Will a 40mm bit be adequate or will I need to oversize to say 45mm or the next size up ?

I would go next size up for a bit of "wiggle room" especially if you are using solvent weld which I think is 43mm.
