50amp shower switch?

Spoke to tradesman about this today again and he says it will be fine to leave it but if it was a new installation he would put the 50amp switch in as it's not good workmanship? Think I'll just leave it in.
 
Sounds about right. It's poor circuit design, but nothing really worth loosing any sleep over.
 
Cheers for replys guys. Could do with one without "cooker" on it though :D . Never thought they would be so hard to come by.
