I bought this fish tank without thinking about the weight it will be putting on my floor, the tank itself weighs roughly 150kg and sits on a steel stand which about 25/30kg, with water, gravel etc this will push the 800kg limit. I live on the 2nd floor of a 1950s/60s council building and my My floors are concrete of some type with a floor built ontop with a layer of plywood then carpeted, i found this out a few years back when a plumber cutout a square of floor in my bathroom and i could see along it. is it possible for me to use this or should i just not bother?

Only time will tell.
As long as there's no restrictions in your lease, go ahead.
If it cracks the floor, your neighbour will tell you...

Just half fill it for the time being and see if there are any reactions.
