Hi everyone, quick question.
Need new electric cooker, (oven &separate hob), the knackered cooker we have is wired into cooker switch and is a 6 mm cable with a B32 crabtree trip (?) switch.
Question is are there any ovens I should not be looking at? I know in our last house the oven was supplied by a 10mm lead. The oven cable will be solely for the oven but some seem to say 16amp and others simply 13 amp.
Thanks

Not really - 6mm² cable on a 32A breaker should be man enough for virtually any domestic oven + hob combination you could find (should be good for up to about 19 kW total).

Kind Regards, John
