93 escort blower motor rewire

is there an easier way than pulling the dash apart to run hot wire to blower motor,I am trying to trace problem down,fuse box, switch, relays or motor,have not been able to locate a wiring diagram either.any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only feed that's likely heavy enough and convenient is probably the one to the cigar lighter.
