Boilers depends on how u look at it tbh

installers tend to look at boilers from the point of view of tech back up
Reliability
Ease of diagnostics
Ease of working on the appliance
Service agents or there own employed staff

We swapped one from a 1.8m to a massive one (kitchen/diner). All the rest remain the same. The system is pretty clean also.

What got me about it was what a wonderful gain from privitisation. We did make our own. They could have been made here and maybe leased or sold to other countries. Cost of leasing - no problem customers pay it for ever.
