Reversing these operations along with tattoo removal will probably bankrupt the nhs

That is true, there was a case recently were a bloke got a sex change on the NHS ,while he was at the clinic he met a woman who was in for a sex change to a bloke.
After they got their operations they decided to get married as man and wife.
What a waste of time and money.

Already happens..Numpties have their penis removed,,,complain they did not realise they cannot have sex with women anymore,,,then sue the NHS for lack of counselling,,even though they had years of counselling....FFS.should sew the ck back on,,,,to the end of their nose...freekin idiots.

If they are as thick as that then where did they get the 'intelligence' to decide they wanted a sex change in the first place?
 
last count there were 14000 (?) of these fruit cakes on the NHS waiting list for treatment / counselling / operations ?

Unless you think the NHS is privy to an unending flow of cash , treatment decisions have to be made.
