Just wondered on the views of the late Desmond Noonan. His younger brother is still serving near on 4 years for firearms charges. (16 years less time on remand etc etc)

Being an observer and seeing how they run the city of manchester, I just wondered how they are viewed amongst the general public.

Seeing as the majority of the general public are hard working, tax paying, law abiding, upstanding citizens. I'd say not very well.
