Accenta mini 8 alarm

Hi
We have the above alarm which was in the house when we moved in
We have tried to change the alarm code and all we have succeeded in doing is setting off the alarm internally twice. Now we can't put any number in at all
Can anyone help

Try the reset button to reset panel ?
If you have changed the code and the code is now not correct you will have to default panel back to factory reset and reprogram whole system.
