Hi,

I'm trying to add a wet underfloor system to our current Evohome set up with rads. I cannot for the life of me find a local plumber who is confident with the Evohome system and will take the job on, so it's down to me from the looks of it.

I'm only adding a single zone for now but may add others later, so on advice I have opted for the Honeywell HCC80R controller, a 2 port zone valve, and a pump/manifold. Where I am stuck is with the wiring, as the diagrams in the HCC80R manual are not the best for DIY'ers (understandable I suppose).

So, the silly questions I need answering are:

1) The pump and manifold set up has a control box that can be connected to the boiler etc. Presumably I can ignore this and just connect the Grundfos pump directly to relevant terminals in the HCC80R?

2) In terms of connecting the 2 port valve (a Honeywell V4043), there are five wires but only two connections in the HCC80R. I'm guessing there are three wires for the L/N/E, and the other two are switch wires? If so, which two do I connect to the HCC80R?

All help greatly received :)
