Can't seem to find what section for this question so I'll try here.
With regards to Adhesives such as Gripfill, they do a solvent and solvent free type. Whats the difference and why/when would you choose one over the other?
Secondly, I've noticed that sealants come in low or high modulus. Again, whats the differnce and when would a high one be chosen over a low one and vice versa.

I always try and avoid solvent free products when there's the option of using a solvent based product - purely because they seem to work better IMO.
Low modulus sealant is generally use for filling or sticking panels up, high modulus sealant is more of a sealing product - think UPVC windows. Use sanitary sealant for kitchen/bathroom applications though.
