Hi guys,

Can you please give me a quick tip on how to adjust my heating correctly so it's not overkill on my bills.

1st - I do have a boiler with it's own heating temperature (scale from min to max)
2nd - Room thermostat where I can adjust desired temperature
3rd - TRV's on each radiator

So question is basically about boiler's temperature (working power), should I set it very high so it kicks in when needed to get rooms temp up as quick as possible or better to leave it on medium or so?!

Much appreciated and sorry for pretty dumb question.

Regards,

Set the room stat to the lowest that you can tolerate, perhaps 20 C or 19 C.

Then set each TRV to what still gives about 19-20 C in that room.

Last set the boiler flo temp to the lowest setting that will give you the temperature that you have set on the room stat. This setting will vary according to how cold it is outside.

The boiler flow temp can be automatically set according to the outside temperature if you have Weather Compensation ( when your boiler supports that! ).
