Advice on getting roof tiles up scaffolding

Working solo and will need to get about 200 concrete tiles up scaffolding for roof replacement.

Can anyone advise on the some ways of get the tiles up?

The scaffolding came with a gin pulley/rope but unsure on how to effectively use this.

You ideally need somebody to help as even with a pulley you still need somebody to load them at the bottom while you pull from the top. The large flexible tubs will hold 4 or 5 at a time ( assuming Marley modern sized tiles ). If you cannot get help then it's under the arm with as many as you can feel safe with and one rung at a time with your free hand but not ideal if your not experienced with ladders etc...
The expensive version is to hire a tile conveyor from your local hire shop but, again, you need two people for that.

Four in a flexi tub, 3 under your arm. Better really to get a helper for half an hour and hoist them in the flexi. I had a dodgy scaffold so just put them straight on the roof.

So get a labourer..

Then get a 75l flexi tub like this from toolstation and hoist 4-5 at a time.

Are these flexi tubs that strong? Or is it best to get a few due to the tiles tearing them apart?

They are fairly robust but just don't overload it. You will know pretty soon just how many is too many.

When I started back in the 60s it was standard practice for the roofers to have padded flat caps and carry tiles on there head.
Called it 'nodding them up '

That tub is too big, use a 40 litre.

I got Avril to pass the roofing sheets up to me, when I reroofed the summer house.
