Advice on the fitting of unvented cylinders please?

It's about Water Systems or Doctor 'Two Combies' Drivel. He has posted many times but is frequently c****d off, sometimes for mis-interpreting the workings of the Alpha CD50.

Well to clarify the situation.
I have spoken to Building Control who were very helpful...and they have said that provided the work is carried out by a G3 certified individual then no one needs to notify BC in advance.
What they have to do is once the job is complete, to fill a form in electronically, and this updates BC database that a cylinder has been installed following all current regs and best practise etc
So whats the verdict on this ITI 300?
Will it do the job ok and how can I get the mains pressure checked?
We are currently tendering for some other qualified plumbers to quote for the job but I dont have any new quotes/option yet
