Advice sought re: Greenstar 15i gas pipes

Just ring sg and ask for a senior engineer (theres no such thing but you should get someone with more experience if poss). Have the ammendum available to show them or the mi's if the change is already in there. The original engineer is mistaken on a personal level, not a business one. It was always a stupid rule by Worcester. Obviously if you have an excessive drop in pressure across the gas pipe to the appliance then his advice is correct.

Worcester will cover the warranty without a problem as long as the gas supply is safe if a little undersized. Get a local GSR to service it.
