Gas pipe size .

it is a new meter well 6weeks ago first time we have had gas on in village

i will let you know how we get on

That can sometimes happen Matt when the governor starts supplying a much greater flow rate of gas than it did before.

Putting in a 32 kW boiler when there was a 12 kW boiler before often causes the governor to fail shortly afterwards!

Sounds more urgent than give him a couple of days to respond

I say you should phone him first thing in the morning, say 08:00 and politely say you have a problem and if he hasn't got back over the weekend you will phone Corgi first thing Monday morning..If he asks tell him the pipe is undersized, and you can bet on that.

FIRST TIME YOU HAVE HAD GAS IN VILLAGE??? No villages in northants have been gassed up in approx 20 years. Do you mean you just got gas , What village are you in and who was your installer
