advice with quote discrepancy

To update you guys i have said i am not paying the labour money but can pay the materials.

HOWEVER i have a problem with the driveway concrete has dropped a bit and water is collecting next to house toching brick etc.
Builder said hes not coming out til i pay ALL his money. So i have not paid the material money.

Advice please?

I think that you now realise that your stuffed until he has been paid and even then I don't think he will do anymore for you..

So not only did he mess up the price but he also did a substandard job.

I wouldn't pay him anything extra and just get someone else in to correct his mistakes.
