Hi folks,

Does anyone know roughly how long the back-up batteries in Aico 3000 series alarms can keep them going (before the 'low battery' bleeping starts) when no mains power is available?

Given that the alarms with non-replaceable and non-rechargeable lithium batteries are meant to work for 10 years, I would imagine that one of the rechargeable lithium-ion back-up batteries could keep an alarm going 'for a long time'.

I'm only contemplating a period of 'a few weeks' at most (probably only 3-4 weeks) without mains power, and I imagine that the batteries will be more than able to cope with that, but can anyone reassure me that this is the case?

Kind Regards, John
