Have doubts about a new AAV. It's fitted correctly. Is there a minimum height above the main soil run that it should be for suitable operation or should it just be above the soil. This one is about four inches above a very close toilet flush. The basin goes into the main discharge below this. Is flushing causing siphoning? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
