Make sure the squirrel is out.
I had a squirrel in my roof a few years ago.
Aparently they watch birds nest, and figure that it must be a good location. A pest controller told me to ensure the squirrel was gone, then sort out the hole (they will bite through wire) and stuff the hole with a rag soaked in Jeyes Fluid. Then cement or otherwise repair.
The Jeyes masks the smell that other squirrels are attracted to. Without masking, a repair can become irresistible to other squirrels due to the scent
Yeah apparently a squirrel was seen running up the pebble dash and into it.
They had fascias redone and there's a gap above the air brick maybe they should have cemented this off , it needs blocking off. Shall I just buy a bigger air brick and cement it in? Chisel out old one
