Air filtration system recommendations

My better half has bad asthma
We have looked at Filters for individual rooms
Is there any HEPA type system that could fit in the loft with say 100mm pipes to the rooms
Maybe not all rooms but the main areas
Trying to clear pet hair pollen dust etc

Some MVHR systems can be fitted with HEPA filtration, and also ionisation units to clear the contaminants that the HEPA filters miss
