Alarm servicing / maintenance contracts

iv owned this company for 5 years, i have about 600 anual customers, i use good parts, the £30 is a 24hr service, iv only had 3 out of hours calls in 5 years!
touch wood lol
as i do all the servicing, i try my upmost best for a fast responce!!!!!

have to assume this isnt your only form of income then?
 
i do the servicing which brings in min 20k, i also have lackys installing!
i like the easy bit!

the company i worked for previously charged £47 inc vat p/a for a service

this covered equipment for the 1st 2 years

then call-outs only after 2 years.

so to re-cap once the to years were up if you had a faulty pir, then there would be no call out fee just pay for the faulty pir (£40)

anybody else with the same policy ?
