I think they are rather good, German made perhaps?
I’ve seen both Briggs and Honda engines, do check the oil level and colour whichever motor it has.
Spares are fine to get, plenty of after market blades, belts and cables for example.
I did notice good features like ball bearing wheels rather than plastic bushes and the steel deck has reasonable protection.
I’d certainly go for one if I needed a mower and the price was right!

I can't remember model numbers, I had one with a honda engine (which I always like), it was fine for the money, no better or no worse really than other mowers at the same price point.
Rusting decks aside, the Honda Izy is one of the best machines on the market.
Available in 16, 18 and 21" cutting widths and starts every time- especially the manual choke version.
