On the beeb website it states doctors are saying he is responding o treatment.....hope he is ok ...
Is he in hospital? ffs what was he stroking??
Wasn't he recently caught giving one of his female colleagues a good old stroke?

I had a minor ischaemic stroke 5 weeks ago, and have just started back to work. Right side is probably back to 90% (and I can tell after a few hours at work) Now on blood thinning tablets for the rest of my life (according to the doc)

Well, if you hang around in hospitals you soon end up thinking that everybody is ill.
It all depends what caused the stroke. Far more common in elderly people than young people. My guess, and it's only a guess, is that Mr Marr has been drinking too much booze, his heart got into a bit of a pickle and starting throwing blood clots off. One of which lodged in his brain.
Youngsters do have strokes, very rarely but it does happen, and more often than not there is alcohol involved.
Anyway I hope your recovery continues.

Andrew super injunction Marr. Well I guess I hope he gets better.
On one of my favourite cycle routes near Dunsop Bridge (the centre of the UK) there's a wild boar park that advertises chick stroking. I always have trouble riding past.
