Angled cooker hood

Hi I've been looking everywhere for a definitive answer to what height an angled glass cooker hood should be instaĺled above an induction hob. Most answer here quote 650mm above an electric hob. However as induction hobs don't throw out the heat of ceramic hobs and steam seems to be more of an issue, surely 650 is to high. Also with the angled hoods visibility is not a problem. I'm sure that I've seen distances of between 450 to 550 quoted somewhere. As I'm about to install this I would appreciate some clarification

Oh well been looking around Pinterest and German cooker hood makers and they all look less than 650 high so I've decided 500mm looks about right. If it's no good I'll change it later
