Combination of a mini ice age and the building of "old" London bridge circa 1209-1831 which caused the flow of the Thames to be slowed down, which assisted freezing.

Yea, I've read that before about london bridge, and I see how it could have contributed.

But ice that was thick enough to support horses and carts. In my mind that leaves the mini ice age, and what caused that? I'm sure the only certainty is that it was not man made, a reliable explanation is warranted, but the subject seems to be avoided by the climate change lobby.

The fact that you even use the phrase "climate change lobby" shows that you are a complete fool who pays no attention.

What next from you, "the round earth lobby", the "smoking causes cancer lobby"?

Yes, the climate changes all the time, and has changed in the past.

No, there is not one credible expert who doubts that anthropogenic climate change is very real, and happening right now, with potentially catastrophic consequences.

No, there is no more such a thing as "climate change scepticism" than there is "Nazi holocaust scepticism". There is only denial.

    anthropo - meaning humankind
genic (genesis, as in first book of new testement) meaning creation.

I.e. of human creation, I'm sure you could have looked that up.

It means Ellal's original "blame Brexit for everything" gambit has been dealt a fatal blow, so attention has to be turned elsewhere(y)

    They are very old definitions.

It could mean something different by now - if any idiot says it does.

I think he is a member of an odd religious cult that goes under name of Upyourownanus , apparently after you have been in the cult for a while you become brainwashed into thinking you are the only people on the planet that are ever right , and if anyone ever challenges you , you must be as obnoxious as you possibly can be , it was thought they might become extinct , until a breeding ground was found on a DIY web site.
