Hi All,

I have FCU running from a socket in a bedroom with the output cable going into the loft and powering three sockets.

Can I add a junction box before the cable goes into the sockets (but after the FCU?) - I want to add a single socket to power an LED Tv. I am guessing I can't run two output cables from one FCU? The problem is that the sockets in the loft are very far away from where I need the TV

Thanks

As long as it's accessible for inspection, or is of a maintenance free type.

Depends on what the manufacturer says about the capacity of the terminals.

Good Answer.

Mind you, what did they say about 2 x 4.0mm and 1 x 2.5mm or 3 x 4.0mm conductors for BS 1363 accessories before appendix 15B appeared in the "Bumper Book of Fun"?
