Not the issue here though is it.Just because they die in police custody doesn't mean that the police have killed them. Drink etc plays a big part.

They don't say whether he was drugged out of his scull or even as drunk as a skunk, I'd lay odds it was one or both.
Martial arts is considered a lethal weapon, and when the public is threatened, let the cops do their job and take the guy/gal down in the most efficient way, which is what they did.
Wave a gun around in the high street, you can expect to get shot. and being a nut case is not an excuse.
Finally take away what power the police have left and we're all in trouble

The Jury system is a complete lottery, heads you win tails you don't.
