Anti-Rust Stuff

I've got a pressurised CH system, which was empty when I moved into the house and is filled by turning a tap at the bottom of the boiler until the pressure level is up to or above the 1 mark.

It has just occurred to me that this just gets filled with mains water - do I have to put that anti-rust stuff in, and if so, how do I get it in there ?

I ask because I may drain it soon to move a rad....

and use a funnel to pour it into the pipe when you move the rad
