Unfortunately, it was only a matter of time until something like this happened. There is a whole chunk of the world's populace that cannot separate Israel and what they are doing in Gaza from Judaism.

Lots more people especially regulars on here id expect to convey their sympathies on this thread, maybe they've taken a day off from keyboard patrol.
I was the first to 'thank' ellal for his post but genuinely don't feel the need to comment further, what more can be said.
Slowly but surely, our hard fought for freedoms are being eroded due to nut jobs like this.

Something I learnt today is the Jewish community employ their own private police of sorts to give a degree of protection at such gatherings. Sad that such a thing even has to be in place.

Jewish people should feel safe to go their synagogue, thats their place of worship and its happened on the holiest day of the year for Jewish people

As horrifying as this incident may be, I doubt that any of Britain's 287,000 Jews will be surprised that such an event has come to pass.
Still no update from the police as to the identity and motive of the attacker. When this news is released, there will be some very uncomfortable truths about what has been allowed to happen in this country.
If we're not aware of the full details by tomorrow morning, I for one will be suspecting a cover up.
