golden rule- keep of the dodgy download sites and pages, lol.
If u get a virus any ways and clean it off u r system ur comp will never be the same as a fresh install . back up u files n fresh install if u get a virus.
i ve always used avg free, n a basic fire.
dont bother with gettin paraniod about programmes on ur comp.
on 'ad aware se' is godd 2 and its free to dwld
