Any gas leaks?

I guess pastic fitting are fine to burry as they are?
They're NOT.

Don't the expand/shrink witht he heat and cause problems?
They do, and so does the plastic pipe, and so does the copper pipe. Bury that lot in concrete and it's just a matter of time before leaks occur.

Two other points:
Electrical work in kitchens is notifiable.
Denso tape is vile and will destroy everything it touches.

Hi,

Thanks for your comments. I'm a bit sad that I feel I'm being mocked and especially when I said I've got a RGI coming round and I'm not believed!

I know my situation isn't ideal but I've not got much money and as you can see I'm trying to do as much work as I can myself. As you've all already pointed out several times, I can't do gas or electric work myself andas I e already said I'm getting or, have got, guys in for that.

By all means please point out what's wrong but could you offer solutions rather than just faults?!

The plumber this morning said this... a new length of gas pipe will need running and it needs to be wrapped in denso the burried. The radiator need to all be done in copper and the denso wrapped. He said he wanted me to render and plaster my wall first so he can fit the new gas pipe to the wall and be also said he wanted the dinning room floor up so he can connect the radiator up and connect the gas up after punching through the wall. He said he wasn't happy just to punch through and leave the pipes for another day but he wanted it to be done now.

What do you think to this?

Some of you are saying that burying pipes is ok whilst others say it's not. I'm stuck really and dont what to do or what to ask the plumber to do. I the copper pipes can't be burried then what can be done with the gas pipe and the radiator pipes?

Thanks
