Any recourse new build issue

For a squeaky wall to floor joint? I doubt it.
TBF, the original complaint was a bit more than a squeaky wall to floor joint....the fekkin thing moved...

This is what should not have been signed off.

Imagine buying a brand new car with defects not skillfully repaired.

You'd not be a happy bunny and rightfully so. Most people would not tolerate defects in a brand new car full stop, never mind the thought that their brand new car has had to have repairs!

It's an NHBC recommended repair. You won't get far complaining to the NHBC about that.
That's one of the problems with the whole stinking heap of shoite.

The company warranting your new build is not addressing issues of shoddiness, but putting forward "recommended" bodgy repairs to be carried out on parts of the building that should have been built properly in the first place!

But of course there are lots of fat cats getting fatter with each new estate (in)completed.

Lots of fat cats paying un-skilled workers rates in poor conditions that
decent skilled workers wouldn't work for or put up with.

Bod...Agreed. That's another problem with the whole stinking heap of shoite.

Edited for clarity.
