Re being tracked etc .
Years ago we had a couple of guys up for the sack for using a van to do a private out of town.
At the disiplinary the union said whats good for the goose is good for the gander we will follow all of your managers in this area log what they are doing and if any of them go shopping visit friends etc etc (ie miss use of company time/vehicles etc) we will be asking for them to also being disiplined .
Amazingly the case was dropped, But i would not expect the present corrupt union you presently have to back you up in that way.
