hi all,

when we moved into our house we found a thing called a 'superswitch' on the wall. it had 2 LEDs showing it had power, an LCD and a few controls. i believe you can set it to turn the lights on and off around the house when you're out.

it also had a button that turned on the porch light.

when we got back from our holidays the LEDs and LCD were out and the porch light no longer worked. we didn't leave it on.

so i guess it's power has gone, maybe a fuse?

i opened it up but it seems to be just like a normal switch with cables running into the wall.

does anyone know where this thing might have gone wrong? whether there's a fuse or if it might be wired into something else like the burglar alarm?

i'd love to fix it, but i can't really afford to call an electrician out.

cheers

Theres a small fuse in the front panel above the led display.

Also check the bulb, they go funny when the bulb is blown or the minimum load is not acheived, minimum 40 watt I think.
