Anyone know this oven?

I have a problem with my oven but I have no idea of the make or model.

Does anyone here have the same looking fan oven? I need to order a new fan i think as its really noisy when switched on.

My gas hob has "Diplomat" written on it so I asume thats the make but would love some more info.
