I've got an old Aqualisa shower. I think it's a "Rise", purchased in 2014. Has a circular controller button with a single start/stop button and a white light around the outside.

It has an auto stop timer on the shower but I want to shorten the time. I can remember setting it up involved a sequence of holding the button and moving the dial from cold to hot etc, but I can't find the instructions on how to set it anywhere. And I can't find the user manual online anywhere either. I can find the installation guide but it doesn't say how to program the timer.

I've been onto Aqualisa customer services and they were very unhelpful, just saying that model is now obsolete and they don't have the manual or know how to do it.

Does anybody happen to have the user manual for an old Aqualisa, or know how to program the timer?

I think the model number is RSD.A2.EV.14.

Thanks!

Were you speaking to customer services or the technical helpline I would think the latter would be more helpful.

The only other thing I can think of is you ring round a few bathroom suppliers/installers and ask if any know how to set it. I guess it is a similar procedure to setting the temp. for which information seems plentiful.
