Are dimmable GX53 bulbs a thing?

As the title would suggest, I'm struggling to find dimmable GX53 bulbs, if LED in warm white. Searches do return a couple examples from known brands, e.g. Megaman, but they appear discontinued. Is there a reason why these are not commonly available?

Screwfix have 3 dimmable GX10 LEDs. Made by Sylvania.

Here's the 10w version. They also do a 6.5w and a 13w version

You haven't looked very far then.
The first search i did came up with a heap. Including the dreaded IKEA

Make sure Lamp and Dimmer are fully compatible.
