Are these mosaics fitted ok?

Hello

We've had a new bathroom suite fitted and new wall and floor tiles laid with a mosaic border on the wall. Now there are about 3 mosaics that haven't stuck properly and are coming away from the wall but we will tell our fitter. However some of the rows aren't perfectly flush with the wall tiles in some places. I've taken some photo's of the worse ones. Are these acceptable or not?
