Moving into a new council property and really concerned whether this is Artex? As I’d like to remove it.

I was wondering if anyone was able to tell from the photo if it’s likely to be artex

only way to be sure is to send some samples off for test

Yes I’ll try and get that done but I don’t have keys, and don’t want to sign paperwork until I know. It’s a tricky one. I’ll have to talk to them and see if they’ll allow it.

I viewed a property with a suspect ceiling and told them, no test no offer, test came back negative and I bought the house.
Edit: I did agree to let them have the results if we didnt buy so they could show other interested parties.
