Asbestos? Pipe lagging

Hi all

As the title suggests really. Older house built in 60’s and we’ve found this pipe lagging. Never seen it before but worried it could be an asbestos risk. Looking to get rid of it as we do our en suite.

Thanks. It’s the mesh that threw me off a bit. Is that standard in hair felt/fibreglass?
