My lads dont get away with swapping parts until boiler is fixed. TBH though most BG joint visits I go to I find that its the fundementals they ignore like Dynamic pressure and Polarity, bad earths etc.
They have normally threw in 3 gas valves and a couple of PCBs before they ask us out.
I now get a report every month of all engineers first time fix,recalls and parts usage. (uncannily getting like BG).
It does show up the same guys doing the same garbage that I used to see as A BG employee(got out with sanity intact 4 years ago after nearly 16 in)

my point exactly. for bg to call others "part changers" is a bit rich!

we have been here before louse. plenty of bad ones on both your and my employers books. you know i want the poor BG engineers sacked and your local rep is crap too.
